Terms and Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this program, you do not have to be a Nieves Painting customer.
  2. You are not permitted to refer yourself.
  3. There can only be one reference per address.
  4. You can only refer a customer once and get $100. If that recommendation books another project, it is not considered a new referral.
  5. Nieves Painting will confirm the status of the recommendation. If the person's name and address are already in Nieves Painting's system, they will not be deemed a new referral. Prior to the initial session, the referral must be newly registered into the system as your referral.
  6. To qualify, the referral must schedule an estimate with a Sales Representative within 30 days of the recommendation.
  7. When the job is finished, the referral will receive a $100 discount off the entire cost.
  8. Prior to the first visit, a referred consumer must state that they are a reference.
  9. Please allow 4-6 weeks after a customer's job has been completed and fully settled before receiving the $100 referral reward.
  10. You are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to referral payments given to you.
  11. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will be disqualified.
  12. Nieves Painting has the right to confirm and release referral/referee information.
